The first weekend of March (3,4,5 and 6th) will mark the annual Bonita Springs, Florida Boat Show. It will offer opportunities of a lifetime for many who visit the SW MARINE INDUSTRIES BOAT AND FISHING SHOW at the Grey Hound Facility in Bonita Springs. This wonderful show features a number of vendors offering the finest products and expert guidance for all of one’s boating and fishing needs. I will be on hand, along with 1st Mate Vicki to deliver a number of seminars each and every day for offshore, inshore and Tarpon fishing adventures. Updates and personalized instructions will be provided at each and every seminar on when, where and how to catch fish.

Fishing has remained good all year for inshore and offshore species alike. These include inshore Snook, Redfish, Black Drum, Mangrove Snappers, Seatrouts, Permit and many more. Offshore species offer; Red, Black and Gag Grouper, Mangrove, Yellowtail and Lane Snappers.  Add to that, migratory species such as Permit, Cobia and Kingfish and one has the potential for a ‘Fish of a Lifetime’. We can all do it if we get out there and try.

Conner Meshey Parker Meshey

Family fishing is one of the most rewarding adventures that I get to be involved in. Pictured here are two of the best ‘Junior Anglers’ that I have had the pleasure to fish with. They are only 6 and 9 years old and proved to be real good anglers. They did it all themselves without help. Conner Meshey (6) and Parker Meshey (9) from North East, Maryland are pictured with one of many Snappers they caught on a recent 4 hour charter accompanied by their dad and grandfather. Their dad (Brandon Meshey), owns and operates a successful tow boat business (Tow Boat US) in Maryland on Chesapeake Bay and is very active and involved in his son’s development. Great job Brandon!

This is Captain Terry Fisher looking forward to seeing all at the Bonita Boat Show at the old Grey Hound Race Track, March 3,4,5 and 6th in Bonita Springs.
