The 46th Annual Fort Myers Boat Show will be hitting the streets and waters of the River District from November 15-18, 2018. The event will run Thursday through Sunday, bringing all the top marine industry brands, products and services together in one place. Although construction on the Harborside Event Center is underway, it’s not stopping us from putting on the biggest and best boat show yet!

What to Expect

Our outdoor boat show is one of the most complete displays of boats on the entire Florida West Coast. This family friendly event really does offer something for everyone. There will be a variety of inshore and offshore fishing boats, bay boats, custom skiffs, pontoon and deck boats, and even new and used luxury yachts. Our on-land and in-water displays are easy to navigate with our show map.

In addition to boats of all kinds, there will also be kids’ activities, fishing and boating safety seminars, clothing and gifts for water lovers, and plenty of tasty food and cold drinks from our vendors. Even if you don’t drive away with your new boat in tow, there are plenty of accessories and goodies you can carry out with you.

Directions & Parking

The show entrance is in the same location as last year, next to Joe’s Crab Shack at West First Street and Carson Street.

From I-75
Take Exit 183 and head west on MLK Blvd for about four miles, turn right onto Monroe Street, turn left onto First Street and the show entrance will be on your right.

From US 41
If you are coming from the south, follow the signs leading you into the downtown area. The show entrance is located between West First and Carson Street.

From the north, take the first downtown exit over the river and head east on First Street. Once in the downtown area, there are several cross streets that lead to the show, between Lee Street and Monroe Street.

There is a large lot available for show parking less than ½ mile from the show entrance. It is located West of the show between McGregor Blvd and First Street at Altamonte Avenue (next to Publix). Parking is just $5 per vehicle with free trolley service from the lot to the show entrance, making this easily the most convenient place to park.

In addition, downtown parking is available at these locations:

  • The Edison Parking Garage (on Monroe Street between First Street and Bay Street) is about three blocks from the show entrance.
  • The Jackson Street Garage (at Jackson and Main) is only two blocks from the show entrance at the Yacht Basin and Lee Street.
  • Plenty of free street parking is available throughout downtown on Saturday and Sunday.
