For more than half a century, the Fort Myers Boat Show has been a staple event for Southwest Florida’s boating community. Now celebrating its 53rd year, the show returns to downtown Fort Myers from Thursday, November 13, through Sunday, November 16. Known as the region’s largest and most complete boating showcase, it offers not only boats and marine products but also a full experience that blends education, entertainment, and the Florida boating lifestyle.

A Setting That Reflects the Lifestyle

The show is uniquely staged along the Caloosahatchee River, giving attendees a scenic backdrop while exploring the newest innovations in boating. Spread throughout Centennial Park, the Caloosa Sound Convention Center, and the riverfront along Edwards Drive, the event feels expansive and inviting. Visitors can stroll from dockside displays to indoor exhibits in a matter of minutes, taking in everything from luxury yachts to paddleboards.

Boats, Gear, and Everything in Between

This year’s event will feature well over 100 manufacturers displaying boats of every size and style. Whether you’re curious about inshore skiffs, family pontoons, offshore sportfishers, or cruising yachts, there’s something for everyone.

Inside the Caloosa Sound Convention Center, you’ll find more than just boats. The expansive and fully air-conditioned venue will be packed with:

• Engines and electronics

• Boat lifts and trailers

• Fishing tackle and apparel

• Paddle boards and kayaks

• Marine services and accessories

Learn From the Experts

Education has always been an important part of the Fort Myers Boat Show, and this year is no different. Visitors can stop by the “Know Before You Go” display in the convention center lobby to speak with local boating experts about safe practices, regulations, and tips for making the most of your time on our Southwest Florida waters.

For anglers, Capt. Terry Fisher will once again host a series of informative seminars. Covering both inshore and offshore techniques, his presentations are designed to help recreational fishermen refine their skills, learn new tricks, and gain insight from one of the region’s most experienced guides.

New this year: Boating Basics Seminars with Captain Rich Blasquez! Designed for new boaters and those new to our waters, these sessions cover the essentials of boat handling, safety, gear, and smart boating practices. Captain Rich will also take time to answer your questions, making this an excellent opportunity to build confidence before heading out on the water.

Music, Food, and Downtown Vibes

The Fort Myers Boat Show is more than a collection of exhibits — it’s a community event. Throughout the weekend, live music will add to the festive atmosphere, giving guests a chance to relax and enjoy the riverfront setting.

Food lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. Several on-site dining areas offer a wide range of choices, from casual bites to refreshing beverages. And because the show takes place right in the heart of downtown, visitors are only steps away from an array of local restaurants, cafés, and bars. The nearby Luminary Hotel even overlooks the show, providing a perfect spot for a meal or cocktail with a view.

Easy Access and Free Parking

A highlight of this year’s event is the addition of free parking at the City of Palms Park (2201 Edison Ave). Continuous shuttle service will run between the stadium lot and both show entrances, making it easy and convenient to come and go. Multiple shuttles ensure minimal wait times, and guests can re-enter the show on the same day with a wristband.

For those who prefer to park closer, several paid garages and lots in downtown Fort Myers remain available, including the Edison Parking Garage, the Main Street Garage, and the Florida Repertory Theatre Lot.
